Simple SaaS Pricing

Mumba is a SaaS solution charged on a 'per user per month basis'. Our pricing structure accomodates transient and part time workforces and is designed to 'grow and shrink' with your workforce requirements. Pricing is calculated based on:

  • The Mumba products you wish to use
  • Number of employees accessing the services

Setup costs

There is a ‘one off’ upfront implementation cost to implement Mumba that covers:

  • Standard cloud hosted setup
  • Secure connection to your business systems
  • Configuration and customisation as per our agreements
  • Project implementation including project management services and go live support

License inclusions

Our monthly fees cover and include:

  • Ongoing maintenance
  • Upgrades
  • Security
  • Backup and disaster recovery
  • Enterprise hosting in AWS Australia within a Virtual Private Cloud
  • A UAT site for testing purposes
  • IT help desk support
